Teacher Appreciation Week

It’s Teacher Appreciation Week. A big THANK YOU to all our amazing teachers! Without you, there would be no achieving our mission of “100% Graduation, College and Career-Ready.” The same is true of our support staff and administrators, as it takes all of us rowing in the same direction to get the job done.

Our national recognitions of teaching and program excellence speaks to the combined dedication of hundreds of Union teachers, administrators, and support employees – and about 30 years of work and cultivation – to create a culture of high expectations at Union Public Schools. Words really cannot express how proud I am of the work we have done, and how grateful I am for your commitment to our students, districts, and our mission.

We need to relish this moment of achievement and recognition, as the memory will carry us forward when we experience obstacles that get in our way. But I know from experience…if we maintain our focus on the right things for ALL our students, we will never falter.
