D230 Works is a work-based learning (WBL) program that helps students discover their individual career pathways after high school. Our focus is on providing opportunities for students to connect with potential career-related programs and activities that offer both exposure and real-world application through actual career-based experiences.

First-hand engagement within a career field through a range of activities such as:

• Guest speakers
• Workplace tours
• Job shadowing
• Internships/Micro-internships
• Apprenticeships

The goal of D230 Works is to best match students' interests and passions to career opportunities in order to help them make informed decisions about their future endeavors.
